Our mission is to empower the youth of the Mamfe region, who have endured eight years of socio-political instability, economic hardships, and significant unemployment. Many young individuals are currently left without viable employment opportunities or access to essential training needed to develop professional skills and pursue sustainable livelihoods.Our comprehensive project aims to tackle youth unemployment and inactivity through the following initiatives:

 

1. Entrepreneurship Training: Providing comprehensive training in entrepreneurship to equip young people with the skills and knowledge necessary to establish and manage sustainable agricultural and economic micro-enterprises.

2. Micro-Credit Financing: Offering accessible micro-credit financing options to enable aspiring entrepreneurs to start their businesses and contribute positively to their local economy.

3. Interest-Free Business Start-up Support: Facilitating interest-free support for business start-ups, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder the entrepreneurial spirit of the youth in Mamfe.

 

4. Community Engagement and Support: Engaging with local communities to foster a supportive environment for young entrepreneurs, promoting collaboration, resource sharing, and mutual growth.

 

5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Implementing rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress and impact of our interventions, ensuring transparency and accountability in achieving our goals.Through these initiatives, we aim to not only alleviate the immediate economic challenges faced by young people in Mamfe but also to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and self-reliance that will contribute to long-term economic stability and community development.
